When I got my first multicopter (the Eachine EB185), a very simple charger came as part of the package. As drones and such fascinated me more and more, I felt I had to get a mores professional charger. In my opinion, separating the power supply and the charger offers more flexibility and also opens up the possibility for cheap home build power supply solutions – so this is the route I took.

An unusual way to frame butterflies
I inherited a wonderful butterfly from my grandmother. I love the simplicity of the frame. There is just nothing that distracts from the beauty of the butterfly and nothing that gets in your view.
With the birthday of my wife coming up, I decided I would like to present her with a more colorful butterfly, in a frame just like the old one.

Connecting my FlySky FS-i6 transmitter with an FPV flight simulator via audio cable
Wouldn’t it be good, if you could train FPV flight with a flight simulator on your compuer, using your actual transmitter (in this case the FlySky i6) as controls?
Most instructions explain how to do this by soldering a cable with a trainer port (S-VHS) to 3.5 mm audio connection. Instead if building a specialized cable, my DIY guide will explain how this can be done achieved by adding an audio jack directly to the transmitter, so you can use a standard audio cable (which you might already have).
